Called at 9am to report my boiler had a fan issue, to go home later that evening to find it had been repaired. My overall experience with the agent has been amazing. Anything I need actions, repair or otherwise has been done swiftly.

I was always able to contact them on the phone and all the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I had to move out rather suddenly during the pandemic and, despite me suddenly changing from wanting to sign a single occupancy lease to wanting to leave the property, KPM was very understanding and helpful. They also returned my deposit in full which was a nice change from my last letting agency who squeezed every penny they could out of you! I will definitely look at KPM's website first when flat hunting in Glasgow.
