Called at 9am to report my boiler had a fan issue, to go home later that evening to find it had been repaired. My overall experience with the agent has been amazing. Anything I need actions, repair or otherwise has been done swiftly.

All staff throughout the whole process from the initial viewing, right up until the signing of the lease were friendly, patient and helpful. Excellent and friendly service shown by all, from the agent that originally showed me around the property to the receptionist and accounts department that carried out the rest of the process.

I rented a flat from KPM last year with a friend whilst we did our postgrads and was very impressed with the service provided. I was always able to contact them on the phone and all the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I had to move out rather suddenly during the pandemic and, despite me suddenly changing from wanting to sign a single occupancy lease to wanting to leave the property, KPM was very understanding and helpful. They also returned my deposit in full which was a nice change from my last letting agency who squeezed every penny they could out of you! I will definitely look at KPM's website first when flat hunting in Glasgow.

Happy to recommend KPM. Trying to find student accommodation at the best of times is not easy, but during the pandemic it is doubly difficult. KPM went out of the way to help facilitate this and their personal, proactive service meant that we could navigate the process and still manage to hit our deadline.

I had a great experience with KPM. I rented a flat from them for around two years. Any issues with the flat were always sorted quickly and they gave plenty of notice for inspections. The processes of starting and ending the lease were both handled very professionally and efficiently. I would definitely rent from KPM again.
