What is Involved in the Sales Process?
Done correctly, selling your property can be a smooth and stress-free process. Done incorrectly, the conveyancing period can be significantly delayed or even put at risk.
To ensure that the process is done correctly, we follow a strict procedure and are fully transparent with the steps involved to all our clients. At the heart of this is regular communication throughout all the below stages:
What is required to get the property to the condition that you wish to sell? No works are essential, but it is always worthwhile discussing any works that may add value. This can be discussed following an appraisal.
Once the property is in a condition to sell, the home report should be carried out. This is a legal requirement and is required prior to advertising.
Floor Plans, Professional Photos, Accurate Descriptions, Available on all Platforms – the advert should contain all this and more to generate maximum interest. We also make properties available to potential buyers who have registered interest directly with us and clients looking for investment opportunities.

The key to a successful viewing is the viewing agent. At KPM, all viewings are carried out by Knowledgeable, Professional and Motivated agents!
